Leavesden Studios

Leavesden Studios is owned by a UK business park market leader, MEPC Ltd and forms part of Leavesden Park. This is an exciting media business park which provides up to 1.6 million sq ft of contemporary office space for film and television related companies and construction of the UK’s first purpose built studio complex. Amenities include a health and fitness centre, a crèche, restaurants, and shops.

Leavesden Studios, situated at Leavesden Park has gained an international reputation for accommodating major blockbuster films including Goldeneye, Star Wars Episode One – The Phantom Menace, and most recently the Harry Potter series.

Leavesden Studios is one of the few places in the UK where you can make productions on such a large scale. The studios comprise of approximately 500,000 sq ft of flexible space which includes stage space, production office space and ancillary buildings, along with the extensive 80 acre back lot which provides a 180 degree uninterrupted horizon and can be used for exterior sets. The studios are currently fully occupied.
