Throughout the Summer months we ran a competition in conjunction with Heart to find Watfords' Favourite Places.
There were 11 different categories to vote for and here are the winners.

Watford's largest park at over 190 acres is situated in the heart of the town and was once part of the extensive grounds of Cassiobury House.

Favourite Historical Spot Watford Museum
Housed in the former offices of Benskins Brewery, the Museum has displays of local history and industry, including Watford Football Club memorabilia and the Cassiobury Collection of fine art.

Childrens Favourite Cassiobury Park Paddling Pools
Provided for children under the age of 14, the paddling pools are possibly the most popular attraction for miles around on a hot summer's day! They comprise of three shallow pools in a fenced-off area, with toilets and a refreshment kiosk attached, and are open from Easter until mid September.
