Watford Junction

Watford Junction is located approximately 750 metres to the north-east of Watford Town Centre. Development between the Junction and town centre includes a mixture of residential and commercial development, with Clarendon Road acting as the commercial spine that connects the station with the town centre.

Watford Borough Council, Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) and a number of respective private landowners have for some time been developing the comprehensive regeneration of the wider Watford Junction area.

Watford is designated as a Key Centre for Development and Change in the East of England Plan and Watford Junction is a regional transport node.

The proposals seek to create a vibrant mixed use developments centred around a new highly sustainable transport hub
